We offer a FREE 30-minute phone or video consult to make sure we're a great fit together! If you should have a preference in which doula you would like to support you, please let us know, as we work on an alternating basis for inquiries submitted through the contact form.

NEW!!! Birth Plan Building 101
~$150
Making a birth plan can seem daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Let us help you! For 90 minutes, we will sit and discuss all of the possible things you will have to make decisions on while in-hospital, having your baby. Such as, but not limited to:
-
IV choices
-
Laboring/delivering preferences
-
Mood/ambiance of the birth space
-
Who you want in your birth space
-
Decisions for after baby is here
-
Feeding preferences
-
And more!
Even if you're planning to birth your baby at home, you should put something in place on paper in case of a hospital transfer. The more you're educated about your choices, the more control you are over your birth and delivery, which leads to better birth outcomes overall.
