What is postpartum support?

Pregnancy, birth, and the early days of child rearing can seem very scary, stressful, and lonely, but it doesn’t have to be. We can help with that! We offer these services both in-person and virtually, so no matter how you’re needing support during this time, we’ve got you! Getting to care for you and help you settle into your new norm is one of the best parts of our job and each visit is custom to you and your needs for that day.

Daytime Postpartum Support (In-Person and Virtual)

Postpartum support is as unique as the client and baby, depending on their needs for the day. Those services can look like, but are not limited to:

Provide opportunities for rest, personal care, healing and bonding
Provide information on newborn care
Light meal prep
Light housekeeping
Putting clean sheets on bed/encouraging a nap
Light laundry
Help with lactation/feeding baby (In-person and virtual)
Help with setting up a snacking spot for feeds
Light pet care
Emotional support through calls, text and emails
Order/pick up groceries or run errands
Prepare bath/shower for birth parent
Help bathe the new baby
Help siblings with the new baby
Help with the siblings while the baby is being tended to by the parents

We offer our postpartum rates hourly and by package (see package rates below). When purchasing hourly, we require a minimum of 10 hours purchased for daytime care and shifts run from 2 hours to 6 hours at a time. Prices are as follows:

$35/hr for one baby
$40/hr for multiples

****We require 24-hours notice before we can work shifts for you!!!****

Nighttime Postpartum Support
Get some sleep!

Let us take the night shift while you get some sleep!

Having someone to watch the baby while you get a good chunk of sleep can be incredible as a new parent whose sleep habits have changed. We'll take care of the feedings, the diaper changes, and the settling of baby while you get your much-needed rest! If you are body feeding, we get baby to you for the feed and settle them down after so you can get right back to sleep. If you're pumping throughout the night, we bring you clean parts and clean up for you after!

We require a minimum of 10 hours purchased and like the shifts to go from 6-10 hours maximum (talk to us if you need something different!).

****We do ask for 24-hours notice before we commit to working any hours with you!!!***

These shifts focus on YOU getting sleep while we take care of baby and may include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning/sterilizing pump parts/bottles
Light laundry
Light dish care
Light housekeeping
Holding baby while they sleep
Preparing bottles for the next day
Light meal prep
Help with body feeding/bottle feeding
Getting you a snack while you pump/filling your water bottle

Night Time Hours 7pm-7am

$40/hr for one baby
$45/hr for multiple babies

20 Daytime Hours - $600 (savings of $100)

20 Night Time Hours - $700 (savings of $100)

Mix-n-Match Small Package - $700

25 Daytime hours and 25 night time hours

(savings of $375)
